Elderwood Home Care is a collaboration between clinicians with decades of experience in-home care. At Elderwood Home Care, you'll find extensive medical backgrounds and passion for delivering the best possible senior care. We motivate our team of dependable, highly skilled nurses and aides to achieve a high level of quality, client satisfaction, and consistency.
We offer a wide range of home care services that are tailored for each client to deliver the necessary level of care - whether it's just for a few hours or 24/7. A client's home doesn't have to be in a traditional residential environment. We'll be there to help wherever your home may be, including Independent Livings/Assisted Livings or a nursing home.
Our solutions address each individual's unique set of circumstances - then we adapt those solutions as their needs evolve. After your in-home assessment, a registered nurse evaluates what services are needed. We then develop the client's individualized home health care plan. We include solutions that address each person individually and their unique set of circumstances.
After a request for services is made, a registered nurse will visit the client's residence to complete an assessment at no cost. Once we meet the client and fully understand their needs on a medical and personal level, we can match them with the right caregiver. This compatibility is extremely important to ensure the client feels comfortable and respected at all times.
These resources can assist our clients and their caregivers with aging, Alzheimer's, durable medical supplies and more. Absoluluty so happy with Elderwood. I have never seen an owner and managment be so caring at a caregiving company.. The staff has been great. clearly due to the great leadership team there. I trust my parents 100% with them and when iam away I feel so relaxed knowing they will be sure to take care of anthing that may arise while I am away. You just don't see a busines run from the heart like elderwood does...

Therese Delongchamp is amazing! She was instrumental in my getting the help I needed for my elderly parents. Not because she benefited financially, she did it bc my parents live out by Boston and I needed advise and help. Therese took the time to help understand what we needed and aided us in how to approach the very delicate situation of aging parents. I am blessed that she was a part of our BNI group. Thanks Therese
