Services
Adult Foster Care (also known as AFC), is a program for Elderly, Mentally or Physical disabled individuals who cannot live alone safely. AFC Members live with trained, paid Caregivers who provide daily care on a daily basis, in a community setting. Caregivers provide meals, companionship, personal care assistance and 24-hr supervision.
Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) is a program for Elderly or persons with mental or physical disabilities who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) who leave in a group setting, ex housing. Must have MassHealth Standard insurance.
