A truly amazing job. The whole inspection took 3 hours, and the walkthrough took 30 minutes. The report that was provided included both a summary of important items and a detailed report of everything that was inspected. I would highly recommend going to their website and looking at the sample reports they have there. It gives you a good idea of what you'll be getting. Ethan was responsive, efficient, thorough, and great value compared to other inspection services here in Utah from what I could see.

I contacted, researched, and received quotes for over 15 home inspection companies. Ethan and Owl Home Inspection was very thorough and had the best pricing. He also had a demo report. He was available and on time. I wasn't sure if I needed extra tests, but he was up front and honest with me. He told me he would do extra tests only if he saw concern. He walked me through the report and was able to answer all of my questions during the walkthrough. I highly recommend his services. I worked with Owl Home Inspection (Ethan) for a general inspection before purchasing my first home. As a newbie I didn't know what to expect going in, but he was super helpful. Scheduling was easy and communication (mostly via texting) was always prompt. He was right on time for the inspection, was super friendly, and answered all of my questions during the walkthrough. The inspection report was delivered just a few hours later and was very thorough, with a lot of helpful details about necessary fixes.

Ethan responded right away to my request for a pre appraisal home inspection on a house we were buying. He was even able to book me the same day for the inspection.
He was very knowledgeable on everything and took the time to show you were regular maintaining need to be done (air filter,etc) he honest and gave good insight on item in the inspection.
Overall I give Ethan a 10/10 and would recommend him 100% to any one else buying or selling a home.
Another bonus was the Knee deed gift bag he gave me my agent and the seller, going above and beyond!!

Ethan did an amazing job on our home inspection. I felt a lot better about our major purchase after he went through every nook & cranny through our future house. Ethan's rate was also a LOT cheaper than some of the other competitors I got quotes by. I've worked with multiple home inspectors over the years as a realtor, but I will be working with and recommending that my clients use Ethan & Owl Home Inspection from now on.
