So here’s the thing. I’m rating this as a place to work and as a place where the residents are cared for. I wasn’t there for long. Almost 3 months or so. This is my HONEST opinion experienced first hand.
As a place to work: definitely could be better. I put up with a lot. I had a good boss and worked with some good people all around the building and on the wards. Staff know their professions well. Admin are fantastic and handle everything swiftly. Then there are the people who really had no reason to be there. Either they had a lot to say about nothing, complained constantly, or made the

Thank you to all the employees here for their detailed and genuine attention to mine and all the others' situations in recovery. I especially love the kitchen staff for being good at what they do, but also for showing their support even though it's not their responsibility. The counselors were very supportive of my success and encouraged me all the way through the program. They wanted to make sure that I succeeded not just during my stay but also in the long run. I can never thank you guys enough for helping me get through the darkest time in my life.

This Center was great a year ago. They have the best employees but lose them frequently. The Center needs to take care of their employees. I have had issues and brought them up to the management and nothing changed. The management does not like working with the families of their residents. The management will not communicate with the families and it is a lesson in futility to work with them.

They are absolutely horrible to their patients. The place is disgusting. They do not perform any type of hand hygiene. My grandma had to call 911 to get help because she was in so much pain and the nurses kept telling her that she was fine. She ended up having an infection from their improper wound care at the facility. When we addressed the facility and complained they did nothing. The head nursing manager, Robin screamed at my grandma and myself in the hallway. Extremely unprofessional. My grandma felt one nurse was not competent and did not want her taking care of her. She asked the nursing

While the place can get crowded the staff are friendly and ever present at pool side. Plenty of seating if you don't want to take a dip in the pool. They even have a dedicated wading pool for the wee ones. Price can't be beat as it's free to the public. Sorry I'm posting late being summer is over, but I enjoyed this so much better than the one in Cortland.

This place is the worst! I am currently working on shutting it down! They are abusive, negligent, and provide horrible care! Do NOT take your loved one here! If your loved one is already there, start popping in regularly and asking your loved one pointed questions. You will find that they are very abusive, think that the patient is good for nothing, and you will find if you start asking the staff questions and calling them out on their negligent behaviors that the staff will actually respond in an aggressive manor, and tell you to "leave if you don't like it!" They have actually admitted that they
