Grand Valley Vet Hospital
At this time, we are open and here to help you and your pets to the best of our ability. For the safety of you and our staff, we are offering "curbside" service to pick up your pet from your car so you can remain in your car. We will also bring out any medications to you. If you would like to call us and pay for your medication over the phone, we can do that as well.

We are taking every step possible to abide by the social distancing requirements put in place. As we review updates from the CDC and government authorities, we may be changing our protocols as well. As we do our best to implement the recommended protocols, we ask for your full cooperation, patience and understanding.
Services
Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor - your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services also include nail trim and ear cleaning. For the full "Spa Treatment" we offer full grooms.
Your veterinarian is now offering the latest technology in health care for your pet. This FDA cleared, deep-penetrating light allows relief to pain through the release of endorphins and stimulates the injured cells to heal at a faster rate. When choosing a treatment option for your companion there is now an alternative to pharmaceuticals.
Her father, also a veterinarian had a great influence on her career choice as well as her choice of veterinary school. He came to the U.S.A. as a political refugee after World War II. It was while on a very memorable emotional trip to Poland with her family that Dr. Olszak decided she would follow in her father's footsteps and attend the same veterinary school, Warsaw School of Agriculture, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
Samantha has been an integral part of Grand Valley Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. Her family is from the Windsor area, but she currently resides in Colebrook with her husband and two daughters. Samantha serves as a receptionist, assistant, and office manager at GVVH. In her spare time, Samantha volunteers at Windsor Fire Department as a part of the K-9 Search and Rescue team and is a firefighter/EMT.

My first time here, I was nervous and not thrilled I couldn't go in with my boy. But, I understand the reasons. My boy seemed fine and I even got a thank you/welcome card in the mail a few days later. Impressive!

This veterinary office is by far the best I've ever been too. They made me and my buddy Jasper feel welcome. He was my best friend a beautiful black cat who was a special friend and family member. I felt they cared as much about him as I do. They did all they could for him and showed him compassion and love on his last day with us. Words can't express how appreciative and thankful I am that I found this place. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

Laser therapy is awesome! Our dog had a suspected torn acl.and we were leery of surgery. After only 2 sessions, he was walking so much better and his tail was up! He is almost completely off pain meds too! Laser is truly amazing!

We took Dusty there and Dr. Olszak called me on her day off to give me results of blood work. She told me what needed to be done to try and help him. I told her we are on fixed income and won't be able to pay a large amount. She told me it will be very costly, she recommended I get hold of paws 4 a cure. I need my boy to be healthy and I truly don't want to lose him. We love him. I can't let him die ,I just can't afford it all and I can't get paws 4 a cure in time. I am so thankful to her for finding the problem with him. He is having kidney failure. If anyone can help me Please help Dusty.

I am so happy we have Grand Valley pet hospital here in our town. We had an emergency one saturday late in the day with one of our fur babies. They were cleaning then nit really open for business but took our fur babie right in and treaded him like their own. Can not thank the doctor n staff enough. They went above n beyond the call of duty. The bill was reasonable nit outragous for a pet hospital. Highly recomend this place.

We've taken our animals here (dogs, cats) or had Dr. Palowski go to them (horses) for decades. They have treated statistical abnormalities and unique, once-in-a-lifetime injuries and conditions with several of our pets. They are caring, professional and straightforward, which enables owners to make fully informed decisions about difficult choices when that time comes. I cannot recommend them enough for reliable advice and competent medical care for your furry family members.

Staff is great and prices are reasonable :). Dr. Kocab is thorough and explains everything. They can make appointments in a timely manner (don’t have to wait 3 weeks!! Like other vets)!! I am extremely happy with all of the care!!
