These G.M. Collin Express Mask Treatments include cleansing, exfoliation, light massage, application of mask suited for your skin type, and moisturizer. Add on a chemical peel ($20) or Instant Radiance Anti-Aging Eye Patches ($10) to help enhance the treatment. For those who do not have a lot of time on their hands and for use between monthly regular facials.
The minerals in this dead sea wrap are designed to support a firmer, tighter, smoother looking skin through detoxification of the skin tissues! First the body is dry brushed. Volcanic ash mud is applied to the body, which is then cocooned in a space blanket. The client then relaxes for approximately 15 to 20 minutes after which the space blanket and mud is removed by rinsing off with hot water.

I use to get waxing services done by the owner before I moved. I called to try to schedule an appointment and the receptionist (Brooke) was very unprofessional and conversing with her coworker that would be providing the wax services and would not schedule me an appointment. Not only that, I was waiting for them to verify if they had an opening for an appointment, I can hear them talking in the background and refusing to take my business. Needless to say they will never get any of my business or any recommendations from me.

Definitely disappointed. I decided to get a pedicure at Qi Spa after months of not getting one and not being able to do my own due to being pregnant. I came in for my appointment and saw there was an upgrade option to a lemon spa pedicure (this service was not offered when I booked) - so I asked if I could upgrade a $20 difference from the basic and was told by the technician (Veronica or Victoria, I believe) she had already made the water for the basic. I was like, ok, could it be changed for the upgrade and she repeated that she already prepared the water. So I said Ok, I'll just get the basic

I had Michelle yesterday. SHE WAS AMAZING! She educated me on so much. She worked out literally all the knots and stress areas! I feel like a new person! I can’t wait to go back to her again. Everyone is so nice and friendly and I enjoyed the whole experience. I would recommend this Spa to everyone! 😊❤️

The lady at the front desk (I think her name is Jessica not sure lol) she is AMAZING! Great customer service! I had the detox package it was amazing. Mitchell took care of the volcano wrap, massage and sauna. No complains at all. she really knows how to work those muscles! Her hands are blessed and she goes by the customer needs. I will definitely be back!

My massage was sub par. My massage therapist must have been newer to the field. I did not leave feeling that any of my muscle woes were taken care of. Also, extremely hot towel placed on my back - unpleasant.
Don’t do manicure or pedicure here. Mine barely lasted a week and I got gel! My whole nail wasn’t even covered 😑😑

First time here, and I traveled about 45 minutes to get here. There isn't much spa-like about the nail service area. No one greeted me upon my arrival; after standing there for a few minutes, one of the workers asked if I had an appointment. I did, and was asked to fill out a form detailing my areas of concern. I did, but the information was never used during my services (I indicated tenderness due to ingrown toenails). I was offered a beverage.

A Lovely Experience! From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to love it! Clean, attractively decorated, smelled wonderful! Soft music playing, was offered a glass of cucumber water while waiting. My nail tech Kimberly was FABULOUS! Extremely professional, but very friendly and personable.
