Full Circle Health Massage

Our goal is to revitalize, rejuvenate and relax our clients for their well-being. All massage is performed by Nationally or State Certified Massage Therapists, using soft tissue techniques to promote blood and lymphatic flow increasing flexibility of the muscles and joints. A variety of techniques are available depending on the need or desire of the client.

Myofascial Release a hands on technique to restore motion and eliminate pain. Swedish massage for overall body relaxation. Deep tissue massage to loosen those stubborn knots that keep your muscles tied up and tense. Sports massage to stretch marathon runners and weekend warriors alike. Hot Stone massage for those who forget to take care of themselves.

A Couple's Massage allows partners to experience massage together in the same area as one therapist works on each person. You and your partner can share a pampering experience with each other. Two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, same-sex partners, or even moms and daughters sometimes or best friends.

Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage -to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But, its also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and our therapists adjust their techniques accordingly.

Usui Reiki I - Shoden is a powerful relaxation and healing practice that reduces tension and relieves stress. It induces a meditative state while infusing the client and practitioner with life force energy. This energy heals the body, mind, and spirit, and balances the emotions.

The certified Reiki therapist channels this energy from him or herself into the patient by the gentle laying on of hands, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
