I recently bought a home from Shodeen which was already under construction. The sale Manager Katy was great very caring and informative but not too pushy. She followed up on all inquiries and made the entire process a smooth experience. Having worked in new home building for different Chicago area builders and a national homebuilder for over 18 years, I really know a well run sales office when I see it.
