Overall, it is a very nice place to live. Spacious beautiful homes, decent community and nice people. Amenities wise, the only thing that I would like to have is a business center. Since most of the folks here are working professionals, I think getting one business center with a few desktops, a WiFi connection and a print/scan machine would be very beneficial to all.

This is mine and my fiancé's first apartment and we've been here for a little less than 3 weeks. We absolutely LOVE it here. The amenities are amazing, I love spending time at the pool! The apartment was very clean and well kept when we moved in. Orion 59 is also very accommodating, as I needed an emotional support animal. Our friends who have visited have also said how amazing our place is. The location is amazing, there are so many things you can do in the area! I couldn't have asked for a better apartment to live in.

Opportunistic Pricing!
I was surprised and shocked to see that Orion 59 sent me a promotional email with prices starting at 1190, Zillow says 1190 too, but the website says 1238 and when my brother dropped in for a viewing, they say the price is 1330. Apparently their prices fluctuate, like stocks, every day! When I conveyed my experience, I was told the prices change "based on supply and demand". I fail to understand how their prices can change in less than 24 hours from their email that said 1190 yesterday evening and was 1338 today morning. I am sure there can be a lock in period for the price

I cannot say enough good things about Orion 59. From the first time I stepped into the leasing office I felt welcomed and at home. The application process and lease signing was seamless. Jessica in the office is beyond accommodating! She was always available to answer all my questions promptly. For a dog friendly community the grounds are beautiful and free of pet waste. The community is extremely well lit at night, which helps put me at ease when walking my dog in the evening hours. The maintenance manager Chewy is awesome!!! The small issues I had with my unit were addressed promptly and repaired

When I moved in here it was called Courtyard Village. When I moved in here it was called Courtyards Village. It was always nice, snacks in the clubhouse and the people in the office were pretty nice. But then this new management came, Raised the rent, and put locks on the fitness center and the pool even when they're open or when they're supposed to be open. I even got chewed out for trying to use the pool. They added a patio grill but they took away all the nice people in the office. On a good note the location of these apartments is really good but I'm sure there's better

Lived for two years and had to deal with tons of issues like Noise, Smoke, Broken laundry, Extra charges for package delivery service etc. Rent is increased every other day honestly speaking its not worth paying 1200/month for this property. Management is pretty bad at resolving the issues or managing the property. Also If you're looking for honest reviews you wont find them as all negative reviews are removed by the management from most of the sites.

I have been living here for more than a year and I am still loving this place. Gives me a pleasant sense of stay. I love to enjoy the nature alot and luckily from my apt, i can see the beautiful sunrise, sunset with birds chirping in the morning on big trees. It's just an awesome feeling.
During Winter, I like the place even more since I am near to the hub of all stores. Less drive time for me :)
