Just happily signed a 2nd lease with Ashford. The whole team has been excellent! 😊 The office staff has been very helpful and so kind, making sure to accommodate my every need (and I may have been needy. 🤫) The maintenance crew has been beyond awesome- hard working, and very responsive. Over all location is perfect for kids to play with a park behind and pool within complex! Safe surrounding area, close to shopping, and accessible to parks and schools too. We are happy here 😊

Ashford has been a wonderful experience thus far! The staff is wonderful, it is very quiet, and the other residents are very friendly. The only reason I took off one star is at times, especially at night and on weekends, parking in our apartment's lot is challenging and there are not a lot of spaces. It seems the management is working on that though which is a good thing!

It’s been an amazing place to live! If you ever need anything taken care of maintenance has always shown up with a day to take care of it and make sure it’s working properly. Alyssa was very helpful walking us through the apartments and helping us every step of the way until we were all settled in.

Ashford is a safe, beautiful community that is family friendly. The staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating and cares about their residents. There are monthly events to bring neighbors together to get to know one another and that is very rare in apartment living. The pool area is fantastic; super clean and well maintained. They have brand new furniture and a great area to have friends over for grilling. The maintenance is extremely fast. Within an hour or two of putting in a request, they are already working on it. Overall my experience has always been a very positive one.

I have only lived here for a short time but so far have been very pleased with my experience. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable during the apartment hunting process. They were able to answer all of my questions and allow me to look at different apartments with varying styles and layouts. My decision to live at Ashford carries a complex back story which Mara, the property manager, was gracious and understanding of my circumstances. The signing process was simple and painless. So far I am very pleased with my time at Ashford at Geneva and look forward to using more of the property amenities

I moved to Ashford at Geneva Sept 2019 with a roommate. The move in process was easy and the staff were wonderful to work with. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The swimming pool and the BBQ put area is wonderful. Can’t wait to utilize it in the summer. Any fixes that were needed were done promptly without any issues! I literally put in a work order, went to the gym for an hour, and when I returned it was already completed! Although I do not have any pets, many neighbors do, and the community has fenced in areas for the pets to play. Location is great with downtown just a few blocks away

My husband & I lived at Ashford for 2 years and we had a really nice experience. We loved the quiet family friendly atmosphere the Ashford community had & how close it was to downtown Geneva. We appreciated how pet friendly it was being that we have one dog (corgi) so the dog park they had available to residents that was always kept clean and the grass cut was appreciated.
We loved using the nice pool and community grilling area. We entertained with friends & family by grilling fish and burgers at least a dozen times during our time living here. The pool area was always maintained

This is a great place to live, especially in the summer! Next to the huge pool area there’s a beautiful patio with super clean grills and an extra seating area. The furniture is also all brand new and the lounge chairs are SO comfortable, unlike many other apartment complexes I’ve been to. Not only are the summers great, but during fall and winter the greenery looks beautiful, giving me a great view outside. All of the appliances here are also very new and in the rare occasion that something breaks, the maintenance is very quick to come help fix it. The leasing people are also the kindest and

I must admit I was terrified to go back to 'apartment living.' Ashford at Geneva made that transition for me seamless. Staff and management are very prompt to respond to residents’ needs. The maintenance crew is unbelievable and will fix whatever you need right away. The location is phenomenal as it is right off of 38 near downtown Geneva and only 10 minutes from downtown St. Charles. The apartments are quite nice and the community feels safe and luxurious with nice amenities. The complex is quiet - perfect for working professionals and families. I'm glad I chose Ashford at Geneva. 10/10 would

Ashford at Geneva is such a great community! Seana gave us a tour and made us feel very welcomed. I love that the office managers put together events to bring us together. Maintenance does a great job and responds in a timely manner. It is very quiet and safe here. I love living here, it's a great location!

A house, on a hill, with a dog and picket fence, and a beautiful wife who tells you your steak is the best one she's ever had -- every time you grill it -- are not what you get here. But, it's basically the next best thing. It really feels more like a home with a great neighborhood than it does an apartment. I like it here.

Michelle, Seana and the maintenance staff are the nicest I've ever dealt with anywhere. I've only been here during the past 3 toughest months of the year, but everything from getting an apartment during the winter months and getting things fixed before I have even moved in have been awesome. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood, super close to work and has many great amenities, besides being close to everything.

I originally reviewed this complex because I was asked over and over. I lived here in the 90's and moved back to be closer to my office. Not happy with how I was promised one thing and delivered another. One thing for sure, I will never sign or give money again ever for a lease till I have an exact agreed upon location. I was promised top of the line and new and it did not happen. Staff is fine and issues for repair handled very well. Hard to get over my initial disappointment with promises not kept. I am a sales person so a bait and switch is not ever part of my pitch or delivery!

My heat quit working this morning and in less than 10 minutes of my call, Mike from maintenance was here and had the problem fixed immediately. He was extremely courteous and very professional. I asked him some questions about something else and he was extremely informative, another reason I love this place. I have heat!!!!!!

I signed a lease once I saw these beautiful apartments on line. I was unable to travel to Geneva twice, and did not see the apartments in person. Everything about the community is just superb. The apartments are pristine, with a perfect location close to downtown. The people in the office are very helpful, caring and professional. It is a one hour trip by train to Chicago on the Metra. The area has the greatest restaurants I have ever been to or heard about. The area is totally safe with no crime. I love the apartment which is a thousand feet with two bedrooms. I was treated by the staff with kindness

I so badly want to like this place, because the location is wonderful! The staff in the office is so nice, but I feel like it's completely fake. So here's my issues, sink has been leaking since October it is now April and the "maintenance" (or should I say a few kids, and an old guy who all have no idea what they are doing) came "fixed" the wrong sink..I called them back, they came and "fixed" the right sink. It's still leaking 6.5 months later. Also, I do not want their "maintenance" team in my house alone. I have asked at least 10 times please

This place is an absolute joke. My husband and I have only been living here for 6 months and are already looking for another place to live. The management is a bunch of manipulative liers.
When we first moved in we were having trouble with our heat. It would be ice cold and then it would cook us out. There was no middle. The management came by, and said they fixed it and left. I let a few days go by. It was still broken and then I started getting smells of natural gas. I called management again they said they would come "take a look at it" but no one came.. I at the time was 8 months

This is a very nice apartment complex and I have no real complaints. The AC/Heater can be a little loud in the living room (but hey, it's an apartment and the fan has to go somewhere). Otherwise we moved in and there were all new matching appliances, new carpet, and the complex was painted properly (rare in rentals). We rented the 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment.
This is a quiet community in a nice area of Geneva. The neighbors next to us had a baby (in the room adjacent to our bedroom) and it was still very quiet. We could hear the baby scream from time to time but the walls did an excellent

I just moved out of this location, not because of anything I was dissatisfied with but because I wanted to live closer to my job!
I have read a lot of mixed reviews on this location and wanted to give my perspective.
Ashford and Geneva, formerly known at Brittany Court Apartments, is a nice unit. This apartment complex has very spacious apartments for the price and they have great amenities.... For example: they have a washer and dryer in your unit that you don't have to pay for or share with anyone since it is in your apartment. Since I just moved I will definitely say that's an amenity

So a little background on myself. I have "survived" this apartment complex for the past 2 years and I cannot say how disappointed I have been.
First a little about the apartments.
The walls are so thin your neighbors can hear you just walking through your apartment. This is quite annoying because I would get my neighbors complaining about the noise and I am a very quiet person.
The appliances are old, worn, and they do not replace them unless you bombard them with phone calls daily for weeks. When they do show up they replace the appliance with one exactly the same or worse
