Cyndi Nails

If I could add pictures I would. I’m extremely disappointed with with my acrylic nails!! Not even 48 hours passed and my nails are extremely disgusting… my nails are supposed to be white/clear now they are brown and look like I work as a mechanic! I showed her a picture and they did NOT look like the picture I wanted. I’m embarrassed of them I am making an appointment to remove them somewhere else. If I can have my refund or 65$ I would like that… please go somewhere else with your business definitely not worth the high prices.

DONT EVER GO HERE. NO! their acrylics took off all my REAL nails. I’m in so much pain. don’t ever go here. they are not professional. Acrylics aren’t meant to destroy your nails or take them off. Never ever again. Go to Gossip nails or even LIxury. This is the worst i’ve ever been. PS- this is my last nail that’s still on my finger.

Love this nail salon! They always do a great job! Lots of colors to choose from and reasonably priced! Everyone is so nice there❤

Went here for mani pedi. They put my feet in water & took the polish off....three other ladies walk in & started to get service immediately. I guess Cyndi think's she's good. Good enough that she was gone have me wait until she did the other 3 ladies manicures. NOT!!! My time is just as valuable as the next person! I got up & walked right out the door. I wont ever come here again or recommend!

Been coming to Cyndi's for over 5 yrs because they know nails like no one else. Mani, gel, acrylics, pedi's - they are experts at their craft. Trust me, I've tried other salons even after coming to Cyndi's and I always return here. No issues ever.. excellent nail techs here. They have plexiglass at all nail stations in light of Covid and sanitize area/chair between each client. They are Covid compliant. Support your local businesses.

I was hoping this would be a nice place, based on reviews. It was my first time to this nail boutique, I really was not impressed. I am very spoiled when I go to VV nails in Arlington Height. I get a much better experience for the same amount of money. Really the only good thing about my pedicure, is it is a no chip. There was very little use of callus shaver, mainly slapped on alot of liquid callus remover, to soften, then pretty much washed off. No leg massage, no hot wax, hot towels put on legs for 1 minute. The massage chair was uncomfortable. The pedicure water was not hot. I cannot say I

The young gentlemen who did my nails did an excellent job, my nails look amazing:). Also, the foot massage is my favorite part of any pedicure, and he was superb! Friendly owners who like to have a laugh. This is definitely my new spot. Prices are affordable and attractive.

I have gone there several times. The first few times I was very pleased. The last couple times I feel that they have rushed and not done a good job. My nails are uneven and because she was rushed she hurt me with the drill and didn't put all the coats of polish on that have been done previously. It has been less than a week and my "no chip" is chipping. I feel like they are worried about getting the next client in and not focusing on the one they have in the chair. I gave them a second chance the first time it happened, but it has become a pattern now.....I'm not going back..... It's clear to me

Fantastic experience! I got an acrylic set fixed and reshaped and painted with a mood gel color. Also got my eyebrows waxed. These lady's are amazing. Love my nails! You HAVE to go here, it's a bit busy! But you have to go. Best place.
