Ritzie masters her skills as a Nail Technician and Nail Educator traveling throughout the United States teaching and training other nail techs in our beauty industry. She has owned her salon since 2001 and has dedicated over 20 years of experience to her craft to become the professionally skilled nail artist and nail educator she is today.
Choose from a great selection of traditional polish or dare to have fun with over 200 colors of gel polish that includes chrome, metallics, glitter and nail art designs. For the gentlemen, a simple buff and shine are always an option. Soak your feet in our state of the art "pipeless" foot spa that is designed to keep your feet safe and free of bacteria.
We are located inside of the Drake Office building located on the SE corner of 22nd & York Road. You are welcome to park anywhere on the lot including area's that state "permit parking" However the only area you may not park in is the 1-hr. Guests canceling with less than 24 hours of their scheduled reservation will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved to continue booking services at Studio Ritz Salon.
Studio Ritz salon uses a nail and cuticle care system that safely pushes back the cuticles. A soft vibrating tool with specialized diamond bits are used to push back the skin, remove dead tissue, prep the nail plate and clean away dust. You'll instantly see the results in your perfectly clean, smooth cuticles.
We pride ourselves in taking optimum care of your pedicure needs by using Footlogix "pharmaceutical grade"foot care line designed by Pediatrist to keep your feet healthy. Your experience begins with soaking in Footlogix antibacterial soap and callus softner, using our state of the art "pipeless" foot spa designed to keep your feet safe and free of bacteria.

If I could give Studio Ritz "10+ stars" I would...one for ever year I have been a client! She gave the best, long-lasting, traditional manicure back then and the absolute best no-chip now...extremely beautiful and long-lasting! I've been coming to Studio Ritz for no chip manicures on my lunch break for over 2 years, and never wrote a review! For shame! Ritzie is a rock star nail expert! She uses the Gelish brand which in my experience is the best! The salon is an adorable little hidden gem on the lower level of the Drake Building on York and 22nd. I work across the street and as a working mom of a toddler, it is so nice to be able to schedule a quick mid-day pampering. Ritzie is quick while being a perfectionist. Highly recommend this place!

This is one groupon deal im glad i got. So worth it. Ritzy is really sweet and I really liked the space shes in its decorated really cute. I am not a big fan of no chips because they never last on me for some reason (and i have been to multiple salons) but if i ever see another deal or need my nails done for a special occasion i would come back. Only down side as one reviewer brought out you do have to put your credit card in to book an appointment- i don't like putting my credit card number anywhere online (prefer paypal). I found this salon through Groupon and was not sure if it will work for me -based on scheduling process. I tried calling couple times and then realized that they book appointments only online. Since you have to place your CC number for booking, you might run a little insecure where all this data would end up.But- no worries, I am glad I took the deal and booked my nail services with Ritzi (the owner).

I bought a groupon for this place a while back because the reviews were good. What a big mistake! first big issue: they are closed on saturdays. Second issue, they almost never pick up the phone. 3rd issue, the people who work there are rude and stuck up. This salon isn't 5 star salon so I don't understand why they think so highly of it. The no chip manicure was average, nothing special. Overall this place its ok if you have a groupon deal, otherwise go somewhere else.

Well, Ritzi does a FABULOUS manicure and to boot, she is an absolute doll. I've gotten 3 or 4 Gelish no-chip manicures here and i've never had any issues with chipping or peeling, which I've had at other salons. I've tried unsuccessfully to resolve this matter with this company prior to posting this. I actually was going to get additional services done and hoped to have a good experience and go back. The response I rec'd was they have their own clients and it really isn't going to hurt them to not gain another client.

Studio Ritz is a hidden gem. The location is a little hard to find, but it is worthwhile to venture in the basement of the Drake Oak Brook Office Complex to find them.
Ritzy is awesome! I have used her for waxing services. She makes your eyebrows look flawless and her technique is the most pain free I have ever had... and I have been waxing my brows for a long time. I can't wait to book a pedi!
