Country Caterers BBQ began as a free enterprise venture by Tom and Cathy Perryman during the late 1970s. They focused on preparing all meals on site to ensure quality and freshness. Eventually Tom's favorite motto large or small. So, Tom and Cathy became a one-stop vendor and began catering every aspect of their clients' needs.

Kathy and her crew catered our 50th Class Reunion last night. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire Event!!! First off, we received more than we ever expected. 2nd. The arrived on time, prepared the food on location and it was delicious as well as first quality! The compliments from everyone in attendance have Never been so abundant. Thank you Kathy, Janet, Janet and the young man on the grills! We will be happy to call you again and recommend you to all our friends in need of catering. Thank you seems so small for the outstanding job you all did. 5 stars! You Rock!!

We rented a 30x30 ten, tables and chairs for 100. We had catered bbq chicken and brisket, potato salad, Cole slaw and baked beans. We had tea and lemonade.
They set up the tent and tables 4 days early because weekends are very busy. On the day of the event Cathy came by early to look at the conditions after a huge rain the day before. 30 minutes before the event started they arrived in a van that had their name on it with hot boxes inside. The food was ready to serve on time and was delicious. Everyone bragged how good the food was.

I called to get a price for food for my granddaughters birthday party,I was told by Christine she would get back in touch,she never called back,after several hours I called her she said she was in a meeting and again said she would get back to me,she didn't,after several hours I again called her,she said she wasn't sure they could bring the food or supply a tent at this point I cancelled my order.No communication from them put me in a bad situation. Fortunately another bbq restaurant, Johnnie's,came through and supplied delicious food,I should have gone with them from the start.I will not attempt

We a death in the family and due to the shutdown, we just had a family dinner instead of a service. To make things easier, I decided to get food from Country Caterers. They helped me figure out how much I needed and when I went to pick things up they had thrown in extra food and supplies for free. Everyone loved the food, my mother (whose specialty is bbq beans) said the beans were the best she had ever eaten in her 87 years. The brisket was a huge hit. We had enough food to feed everyone that night and the next day. Thank you!!!

CC catered our wedding and provided tents, tables, chairs, utensils, etc. They met on-site on our property beforehand and made sure they knew the layout. They were timely, professional, the food was excellent and all other provided items were of good quality. They helped us create the perfect event.

Very poor service, slow and showed up in a u-haul truck to serve food. Outside venue they had no power and the bridal party had to set up and break down chairs and tables. Couldnt even get the help to roll down the window in the u-haul. No garbage bags and were rude to the guests. Most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. You would do better hiring McDonald's for your venue.
