Custom Caterers is a family owned and operated, full service catering company. We are centrally located in Historic Micanopy, Florida between Gainesville and Ocala where we established our business in 1986. Our business started small by catering weddings and parties for our close friends. Owners Janina and Dan Dylla, are UF and Santa Fe Alumni, along with their devoted family members, they take pride in serving their community.
We provide unique and intimate Candlelight Dinners for the guests at Magnolia Plantation Bed and Breakfast Inn, or the Camellia Rose Inn both located in beautiful downtown Gainesville, Fl. We have catered over 1,000 weddings so far and have formed long lasting relationships with our Brides and Grooms.

Services
We specialize in private weddings held in your home or at a destination of your choice, along with personalized receptions and menus to best fit your needs. We do brunch, luncheon and dinner buffets as well as plated meals. We oversee all setup, so that you may enjoy your day, we provide full service during receptions and also cleanup.

What a fantastic job!!!’ The BEST quality food, basically farm to table! At my daughters wedding I heard people saying, “ Now this is the food you want at a wedding!” The sweetest, professional staff! And I forgot to mention that my daughter has food allergies and WOW every dish was perfect! Thank you for making my daughters wedding such a success!!!!
