My experience, I would argue, is the best I’ve had working with a catering company. The staff were very helpful! I mostly worked with Toni who was easy to work with, friendly, patient, and really helped simplify the process of planning a large event. She is a real treat to work with. The food options are abundant and so delicious. The chicken parm, stuffed mushroom, bruschetta, and really everything was a big hit. My guests loved the food and wouldn’t stop talking about it. I have waited an entire year to write this review as I thought time would calm me and heal any wounds. However, it did not.
With other catering companies in town closed during this time of year, I went with this company for my wedding. Everything seemed in order. Toni was very helpful and accommodating, working with me from a long distance. Alas, when we did have face to face meetings, the communication between the staff was nonexistent and my (now) husband and I waited over an hour for someone to show up with no apology, but blame for the person who initially made the appointment. There's not a lot of great options in Gainesville for wedding planners, but looking back, I should have forked out the bigger bucks than going with these "fly by night" services.
From our first meeting, I should have seen the signs that these ladies didn't know what they were doing and cared more about appearance than about professionalism. I thought it kind of funny that our first meeting had them sitting across from us in their dimly lit event space with sun glasses and fedoras on like they were spring vacationing on Miami Beach. They were all positive, nodding their heads in agreement and compliance

I didn't deal with the staff, which seems to be the reason for everyone else's bad reviews, but just going to an event there, it was beautiful. The host didn't need to spend really any money on decorations since the place is already beautiful with romantic lighting and adorable lanterns. Would definitely host my own event here in the future.
