I'm a few years late with this review unfortunately, but was just reminded of the horrible experience we went through while booking our honeymoon through travelwizard. I would highly recommend choosing a different firm or booking yourself if you value your money. We feel that we were locked into something that wasn't in line with our budget or expectations without a firm itinerary including a clear picture of the refunds or cancellations. I won't bore you with details, but I would not recommend working with Sharon. If you do, ensure that all information including cancellation / change

One of the best travel agencies out there. All trips are handled with care and clients are VIPd at hotels. Special amenities are always included at hotels. All aspects of travel are provided, from villas , luxury hotels, private guides and private transfers. There is nothing that is missed. The booking process is personal and professional and your agent is there for you through out. You can count on them.

Arranged a trip to Belgium and Holland with Lori Thornton. Took a lot of back and forth, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. But a few weeks after making hotel reservations, I noticed (on my own) that the hotel rates had dropped. Asked Lori to re-book at lower rates. Chaos ensued.

Aloha, my husband and I were finally going to Hawaii. Yeah! In December when I began research on the vacation, I came upon an advertisement for a discount online travel company, Travel Wizard (not to be confused with Travel Wizards). I'm not a big fan of online discount vacation sites. It never seems like a good deal. BUT my curiosity and the hopes for savings motivated me to click on the link. Through the online system, I requested a quote for airfare and lodging at 2 hotels that I received personal recommendations for on the islands of Oahu and Kauai
