Las Vegas is a 1.5 hour drive, but we are closer to the towns of Bullhead City, Laughlin, and Lake Havasu City. Right by our property, the Colorado River provides a great day of boating, fishing and other water activities.

Clean, friendly front desk, helpful too. The room was fine but we could hear almost everything happening above us, like every movement. We will definitely remember this place when we drive through Needles though. Totally worth the stop.

We've stayed here for years. So much we had a set rate because we stayed here so much. Up till today when we called. It's nothing fancy but it's clean. The staff has always been amazing until today.

Ice cold A/C. Large rooms at least for the King sized single room! Very clean and very comfortable. Parking right outside the room! Make sure you get gas if you stay there before heading to the coast!

I was happy with everything. They really do put in that little extra to make sure everything is comfortable and to your likings. And price was much worth it there's No Bugs of any kind very clean. It feel really like a holiday inn
But paying motel 6 prices

By far one of the best hotels that I have found on a trip between LA and Phoenix. The rooms were immaculate and very home feel based with the furniture and amenities that were provided by the hotel. This hotel room had everything that most four star hotels have and then some the beds were amazingly comfortable the rooms were very peaceful and everything was extremely clean. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anybody traveling on the 40 between LA and Phoenix as well as anybody who's traveling in the area I will definitely return thank you for an amazing stay.
