Took my car in for a smog check they told us our engine wiring was bad. We asked them to check the brakes, u-joints, carb & window motor. They charged me 330.00 to check that. They said the brakes were fine, We had another shop check the brakes & they found safety issues with the brakes. We asked them to replace the window motor which we supplied, their charge was 194.00. they said it wasn't the motor it was the wiring & still charged us 194.00, but they didn't fix it but still charged us 194.00. I brought my car to be fixed because it wouldn't g o past 60mph..they said it was my exhaust manifold which they fixed and charged $1080, got home and still the same problem. Took it back and they wanted to charges another $1200.

Brought my car in due to my car pulled to the right when driving and it was shaking. I went here because I had a gift card. Estimate was about $1,800. Told my husband that is a lot of money. We called our regular mechanic for prices and it was more than 1/2 the cost. My husband decided to get new tires first and guess what. The tire was bad. That was all I needed. I did not need alignment, struts, coil assembly, shock absorbers. We will put back brakes, my husband can do this at home. Don’t take your cars here you won’t be paying for good work , I’ve taken my truck in there more then 3 times for they couldn’t get it right I was driving home my newborn son and the work they did failed the power steering went out as well as the brakes . Ok everyone when you thought that kindness and generosity was gone from the plant have to share something that just made my heart take an extra TIC. I went into an auto repair shop today on my way home. I ask the man to give me an estimate on what it would take to change out a light bulb. This was after I had my car in 2 different shops and they both said it would require removing part of my cars bumper which would be anywhere from $100-150.00 to change a $3.00 bulb. Heres my story: For about 3 months or so my old mechanic (that I thought I could trust) told me that I basically needed a whole new engine for my 06 Ford GT V8 mustang. According to ComTires, my cam sensors needed replacing, my timing belt, cylinder 3, fuel injector, on top of about 10 or 15 extra codes. They told me there is no point putting any money to replace it that I need a whole new motor. I have been up there about 20 times in the last 3 months to get them to look deeper and figure out if I can replace

First time here and heard they fill up propane tanks which we needed for our catering event near the area it was perfectly ideal for us! We drove up and asked do you fill propane tanks here ? He was in a hurry loading his truck never made eye contact and said ya somebody here will .. so my fiancé responded ok who would I talk to ? He said someone around her you'll see them but I need to back up can you move your truck ! I was in complete shock , mind you the car lot is pretty big and didn't see no one in sight. Don't go here unless you are trying to find mechanics that will scam you. I've never left a negative review before, but I think it is important for prospective customers to know how these guys are.
I've been taking two of my vehicles here for over a year. I always thought the prices were a little high but was willing to pay it. However, the last time I took my Ford Fiesta in to get a simple tuneup, Jeff called me back with a quote for $450!! I knew instinctively that price was way too high, so I asked Jeff if he was willing to just come down to $400. At that point, Jeff got angry

Went in to rent a U-haul next door and stumbled on this auto repair place. Being brand new to the area, I was looking for someone I could trust. I have had my car serviced here several times now in the last year. Last was when my AC went out. I had gone to 2 other local places for estimates and they quoted me triple the price! Great experience each time.

I have been bringing my cars to Paul's shop and I always go home satisfied and knowing that my car is running perfect. They have great customer service and they are honest and very competitive prices. I live 30 minutes always but I don't mind the drive because It is hard to find a shop that is ran with integrity and honesty.

I've had Paul working on my family and company vehicles for the last 15 years because he has always been honest and straight forward when diagnosing and recommending whether a repair is needed or not and yes, he has told me on a couple occasions when something I thought needed to be done didn't. He's also very competitive in pricing so if you are looking for a good person to entrust your vehicle (or boat) to, he's an honest guy to speak with.

Beware! These guys took total adavantage of my son. He bought a car and it didn't pass smog, the smog guy tells him to take it to the guy next door. The R&R guys says Oh no worries we will run diagnostic and let you know whats wrong. Well they keep car all day...and then proceed to tell us that it would cost $2800 to fix whats wrong! Says it needs complete exhaust system! We say no thanks took it down the street and the car is running great for one fourth of their quote. Not to mention they charged us $159 to tell us that big lie! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This is the kind of place

I wanted to give everyone a "HEAD UP" who needs work on their car to give R & R Automotive a shout. I just had $2,400.00 work done on my Dodge Ram 1500. I have 160,127 miles on it and knew it was about time for major work. In one day my truck was done. The staff was polite and courteous. I've only been to R&R one time because I went next door to get my car smogged and it failed because the check-engine light was on. I didn't know that this would cause me to automatically fail my smog test. I was told to take my car next door to R & R for a big discount on smog repair issue. R & R called me within an hour of it being dropped off and told me about a broken hose and the price as the first step to diagnosis. Next call in a couple hours was it was fixed, they finished the smog test, cost didn't go up from original estimate, problem fixed in one day.

At first phone call, they were pretty friendly. I've called in advance to let them know I'm going to bring my car in for a brake change. The person I spoke to says bring it in 2 days later.
