Worst experience in our Live. We Ordered Avalon Boat on February 18th and paid 5000$ deposit where delivery was suppose to be in April. Unfortunately due to Covid 19th they told us that delivery will be in June and in June it became July. they promised us that they can deliver July 3rd, we were out of town for that date and could not receive the Boat so we agreed on following Wednesday July 8th between 3-5pm. July 8th their Sales manager John calls me at 2.30 to tell me that he found out the boat is missing the prop and he ordered one which should be delivered next day and he will be ready for

Being a first time boat buyer, I am grateful I was in good hands.
Very patient & answered all my questions, educated me.
never at any point I felt like they were trying to make a sell it was pretty much giving me info for me to make the right decision for what i need.
I spotted by few times & called/ emailed many times & they were always there for me.
Even after the sale, on the delivery they made sure I was ready to be able to handle the boat patiently went thru the boat.
