The ladies at Cherrybrook Place from the beginning have always been super friendly, understanding and professional. They “aren’t just in an office” so to speak. They care about their residents wants and needs and the property they manage. The Maintenace staff has always been prompt when/if I need something done and they are always making sure the property looks nice. Thank you to the staff at Cherrybrook for being on top of your game!

I have lived here for about 3-1/2 years with my boys and daughter. I’ve had great experiences with the office staff, who are very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. The maintenance staff is pretty quick to fix whatever issue your apartment may need. And the upgrades that have been done throughout the complex are very well done and I would definitely recommend this complex to those looking for a place to live. Just from my personal experience living here.

They are remodeling, but at the tenants' inconvenience and without any apology or credit. They have come inside my apartment an average of twice a month. They give 1 day notice when they are striping or cutting trees and threaten to have your vehicle towed at your expense. Sometimes they give more than a day notice when going into your apartment. No hot water tonight at 8pm. The gates are for show; they are usually open.
