I've been living here for about 5 months now,and I must say that it's a great place to live. The maintenance is quick and very efficient and a graet sense of community. The management office has gone above and beyond for me.they have treated me with the outmost respect and at times like a family member.i couldn't ask for a better group of people.mrs raquel and April are awesome! I'm very glad and satisfied with my decision of moving here.

What a great place to live. I have been a resident at Copper Ridge going on my fourth year and it has been a very good stepping stone for my kids and myself. Since we have been here the staff has provided Toys for Tots for my children, after school and summer lunches and school supplies every year I have lived here. It is super quiet and there is a real sense of community here. As for the staff...Omgoodness they are the best. Mrs. Raquel is an awesome property manager that goes above and beyond providing here residents a safe and friendly place to live.

The management really are established to provide the best service towards the community, the prices for the units are awesome, very well maintained and with each year that I've lived here they have worked on investing more and more towards the appearance of the apartments and have also invested on providing a a fast connection to internet throught a fiber which can provide the fastest internet that your local provider offer .
In all the management are awesome really good people to work with. Copper ridge apartments are one the best places to live in when it comes down to management responsibility

Been here for 2 years now . I love my apt . I love the staff and maintenance . They really go above and beyond to fix any issue or problem you may have . The apartments are well kept and maintenance jumps quick into action with work orders ❤️ the staff feels like family. They always have small events or programs for the people and their kids as well. Keep up the good work 👌

Been here almost two years, for the most part it's been s good experience. As with any or some apartments you will come across either rodents or roaches but as long as you keep your area clean you shouldn't have any issues with infestation. As far as maintenance they are pretty good on getting work orders done asap. Since we've been here we have seen alot of positive changes.
