Just want to leave a positive review here. Been living on the property about a month very nice and quiet. The office manager Melissa was very kind and helpful during the process of applying… very informative very professional will highly recommend people to move to this property! When I first moved in, they tried to move me into a roach infested apartment. Dead & live roaches on the floor, roaches crawling on the bath tub, walls, pregnant roaches. It was disgusting!!! They say pest control comes every Monday but when I tried to have them come back a second time because I still had roaches, they acted like they didn't want to send them & I had to wait 2 weeks to get sprayed so ended having to go buy my own stuff for their nasty problem.

I just wanted to leave a positive review here on google about the park at ferry hill apartments, unfortunately you often hear the negative and people don’t always take the time to leave a good review about a good experience, but I’ve been here for two years now and I’ve really had no issues and anything I had an issue was addressed and in a timely manner, since Anna has taken the role as manager of the complex it’s really been a smooth transition, she has always been very polite and taken the time to listen to our needs and always handled everything in a professional manner which is very

I've lived at these apartments for many years and love them....its peaceful and quite...the neighbors are very friendly ....the staff here at the park of ferryhill are on time and very professionally. Ana is very nice and helpful with any issue you may have she will get the job done. The maintenance man Marcus is very responsible and fast at what he does to get the job done....they were able to put the flooring in our apartment and we love it....they did an awesome job...we are very satisfied will recommend these apartments to family and friends

It's an okay place to live in. Not GREAT but not BAD either. Management is very good, (Anabel) she is very friendly and acts quickly on any concern you have. She gets back to you immediately, as long as you go talk to her immediately regarding any concerns, she will help.No bad review for her. Maintenance is good as well. If they can't get to you that day, Anabel let's you they are busy at the moment but will sure get to you as soon as they can, and they do. If it's not that day, it's the next day early in the morning. Parking is good as well, every once in a while someone that can't read parks
