Represented us the first meeting they talked like they were going to help us they showed up to the first court hearing. they don’t respond to you when you call them or email them the second court date they didn’t show up the other parties lawyer had a represent us to the judge because no one showed up. the judge thought that was crazy and they pushed back the third court hearing and we weren’t notified I wouldn’t recommend them

This lawyer is a joke. I myself have had the same problems as other of her clients. If anyone wants to report her to the bar association please let me know. She is horrible never calls you back never responds to emails. I don't know how she is still in business. We all need to get together and make a complaint. People that do not speak English should have a proper translator. If she was professional she would not do this to hard working people and have the tools she needs to run her business. Poor excuse of a lawyer.

Disgusted. They quoted a friend a certain amount for a retainer, and basically had him initial. Turns out, the quoted retainer was ONLY a deposit for the actual retainer. Currently looking at assisting him of getting out of the contract they neglected to go over with him.
Do not sign with them!
I also helped him fill out his custody paperwork which they did not use. They decided to start from scratch and bill him for the work that we had done.

My experience was disappointing. I tired to hire this form to assist in a case I have. I provided them with all the necessary information and even a pathway with proof to assist in the guaranteed win of my case. We never got to the court process though. This was due to them taking up to 4-weeks to not provide me with a contract or retainer agreement. I was forced to pick up my documents. So I can not rate them in how they operate in a court room. But I can say that if it takes them 4-weeks to provide a client with basic information and or agreement for services. Then they have a serious operational

Late review: We went for a consultation and I was very disappointed with my first impression. Receptionist and other girls were talking so loud and laughing about personal matters. I hired this law firm to assist me with a bogus DUI stop in Riverside, CA. Being the first time that I had a run in with the law, I was a nervous reck. After talking to the attorney she not only answered all my questions but gave me a full run down of what was expected. Excellent family court lawyer. Came here since I had to get custody of my child. MY sister previously used this law firm which is how I found it. I didn't have all the money in the world so making payments was extremely important to me. Not only were they able to help me with the billing part of things, but in the end I was able to get what I wanted. They had to go to court for me 3 different times and each time they were on time, reliable and gave me updates. Wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else.

I was told by her in person during my consult that she would be at all of my Court appearances with me every time. I hired and paid her a $4000.00 Retainer Fee.
Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The only time I was ever allowed to have contact with her was during my initial consult, I was never allowed to see or talk to her again.

I consulted with Kathleen for a case. I feel her office and her office staff were very nice. Everyone seemed to be smiling and such when I walked in the door! Everyone seemed very professional and courteous. I feel Kathleen was concerned about my issues and that I wasn’t just another retainer. This place is horrible. I paid a retainer 6 months ago, the Office failed to file my court documents on time. The day of court my case was postponed...the Judge could not make a judgement. I requested for the Attorney to call me and since then hired another Attorney to represent me. I still have not received my itemized bill of deductions from my retainer. I have not received a phone call from this Attorneys office and the staff is not helpful nor polite. Don't hire these people.

Today I showed up to court and my Lawyer by my side. She was on time and dressed to impress. I was proud to have her taking my back in the court room. She made me feel safe and protected. This place deserves 0 stars! Once they have your money they will ignore you. The only time they called me is to make sure I paid them after they did my paper work for a family law case they did not check back with me, so I waited two months no call back I assumed by two months they had everything turned in and had everything ready to go to my surprised they had not even turned in my paper putting me two months behind. Spoke with Ms. Alvarado on July 15th 2016 about representation for a personal injury. Said she would take my case and speak with me the following week. For two weeks I have left no less than five messages with her office staff requesting at least a return call. I have never been contacted except her first call accepting my case. Having been "left hanging" I began receiving hospital bills, unable to obtain further medical attention or therapy, nor any information as to who the responsible party is. See that you have exhausted all alternatives before securing the services of this attorney
