Guy was very professional and always very responsive and extremely very informative. Through this entire case, he and his staff (especially Rhiannon) would always make sure I knew they were fighting for me and he was MY attorney. When you go into situations like this, you never quite understand how difficult and emotionally taxing it is. Through it all, Guy was beyond helpful and always listened to everything I needed and requested of him for this case. Promised to take care of me and that $4500 was enough for my divorce. He spent all of that money on meeting with opposing counsel And since I didn’t have anymore to give him before court, he ordered it postponed. Currently looking for an attorney that will help. Waste of money. Will spend your retainer before your court date and if you don't have thousands more to give him, then he will just sign you off. Biggest waste of money. Will promise the world and then do nothing. Please save your money and find a attorney that will actually help your case.

Guy Herreman is a crook. He charged me over 3K to file as my attorney to the court and mail a letter to my ex. He charged me $2797.92 for a letter he sent to my ex by mail. Also charged $113.75 for a conference (Approx 10 min conference), and $200 to "open new client file". Guy and his law firm take advantage of people in need of help navigating the court system. Awful.

Utterly incompetent. I retained and paid this man $3,000 to handle my ongoing child custody battle.
but had to fire him two weeks before my court date due to the fact that he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Herreman is amoungst the worst of the bottom feeders that family law attracts, preying on people's desperation with grandiose claims of success, sadly to call his abilities limited would be acknowledging that he even had abilities. With all my heart I beg you, do not use this man If you value your children's welfare.

Mr. Herreman and his team are just excellent in every way. They give you a sense of relief and calm as they walk you through the court procedures and take their time to explain everything and they make sure you are ready for your court date. I was referred to Mr. Herreman for my X wife’s divorce because he advertised to better assist with and more knowledge regarding “Fathers Rights.” But that is not the case. A lot of charges when they invoice you for small things and when your ordered to pay alimony, child support, health insurance, and loose all your assets those things adds up. I was never told about hidden charges. This experience reminds me of taking your used car to get fixed at a mom and pop place.

A family friend reached out to me when he saw the system letting me down in my 7 year battle in divorce. Overall an amazing experience with the firm. Felt very comfortable with Mr. Herreman and the rest of the staff. Always had my questions answered in a very timely fashion. I had a previous attorney, and a NEVER ending case, yet once retaining Mr. Herreman my case wrapped up rather quickly. In the court Mr. Herreman was firm and fought for me. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Mr Herreman and his team. I held up the process a bit on my end trying to be fair and reasonable. I had to realize I was dealing with someone who did not have the same intent. I ended up being awarded with 50/50 custody of my children, no child support at the moment with spousal support being terminated. Thank you is not enough for their efforts. I found them online and they claim to specialize in Philippines legal matters. I call them to find out if I need to make an appointment for a consultation and this young man picks up and asks me to tell him a little about why I am calling and takes my number down. He then tells me a man name Mike will call me. It has been a week and no one has called. I have been represented by Herreman Law Firm for a few years now and I having nothing but nice things to say about them. Even when I am not involved in a court case I have been able to e-mail Richard or Lisa in reference to legal questions I may have involving my court orders and receive responses in a timely matter. They are always available to answer any questions I may have and answer my emails in a timely matter. I have a pretty complicated case but throughout they have handled anything and everything that has been thrown at us.

Do not under any circumstance hire this law firm.
I was charged $4500 retainer and through their misfiling paperwork, & unprofessional neglient handling of my case I ended up $3200 in the hole after it was all said and done. They won't even return a phone call.
I even filed a complaint with the state bar association and they won't even try to make it right.
Don't believe their lies about being a father's rights attorney. They're only in business to take your money after they have it you will never speak to a real attorney again. All you will get it's the run
