SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY! I had my nails done here about 2 years ago and never went back because I was dissatisfied with the quality. Being that they’re so conveniently located for me, my husband said why not give them another try as it may just have been a bad technician. I clearly and specifically asked for a matching set. Nearly $100 and 1.5 hours later I got peach nails and almost lavender toenails. The manager who helped me match my color said very passively "I guess that's what they gave you" when I pointed it out. I'm a very busy working mom and rarely have time to practice self care

I love this nail spa. I've been coming here for a couple of years, stopped about 15 months ago thinking I could take care of my own nails. Lesson learned, I can't. There is no other place I would come to have my fingernails done and no one other than Mimi I would want to see. She does a fabulous job every single time. I'm trying the dip because I read it is much healthier for your nails and I love it. I highly recommend this salon for nails and pedicure needs.

Critical: Professionalism
Tech rubbed my heel so hard my skin rubbed off and I was bleeding. She did use alcohol and cotton to stop bleeding. Did not offer a bandaid or any type of compensation. Not a major injury but it is obviously uncomfortable. Definitely do not plan a return visit!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING HERE !! For one, there were spider’s and everywhere. There were two of them on the nail polish shelves and then when my 9 year old cousin pointed it out i told her to ignore it. There was another spider around three inches walking around and no one did anything about it. They sat us down after about ten minutes but after about 30 minutes another customer walked in and the lady told me to wait aside while she did the other girls nails even though i made a reservation. She ended up making we wait for over an hour before painting my nails which is outrageous
