Went in here for the first time last week. I’m new to the area and have been looking for a salon. I showed them a picture and my nails came out identical to the picture! I couldn’t be happier! The customer service is amazing here. I have told at least five people where I had my nails done now! I’ve gotten so many compliments!

I’ve been coming here for close to 10 years. Over the years, it’s gone downhill. The staff are obviously taking about other customers in their language and laughing very loudly. They also sit around when they don’t have customers and are on very loud FaceTime calls. They need a little more professionalism. The pedicures and manicures I’ve received are very good.

I will never be going back again. I came into the salon today, they took me back to start my pedicure. When I was sitting there in the water, I noticed there was particles floating around along with 4 strains of long hair they were around my leg/foot (not mine)!!! I quickly alerted the Sr. Nail Tech and she had the other nail tech change the bag and water. The Sr. Nail Tech stated it was from children or other people sitting in the chair With their shoes on. I still got my pedicure done and asked if I could also get a manicure. (This is really when it went downhill). The nail tech did a horrible

I usually love getting my nails done at pro nail 2 but I just had a terrible experience. I quickly needed to get my gel polish removed because my nails were really grown out and I didn’t have time for a full manicure. I asked them to remove my nails and assumed the guy would soak my nails off, but instead he ripped my nails off!! He clipped my tips off and then used his nails and cuticle clippers to pry my gel off! I was so shocked and confused I didn’t know what to do or say. It was so extremely painful and my nails are destroyed now. My actual pinky nail was ripped off past the nail bed and

This place is amazing! I went all of the places in Percivale and this one is the best. They have the best selection of colors and they are the only place in town that does dipping powder. Jenny is amazing with the dipping powder. Today I got a gel pedicure, pink and white manicure with dipping powder, a 45 minute massage, and my eyebrows waxed and my total was $160! The massage was absolutely incredible and she even used hot stones! This place is a great value. I overheard another girl paying for a gel manicure that was only $30.
