This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. The guy who did my nails and toes got very frustrated with me because I could not position my feet and fingers the right way. He did my nails really quick and rushed. He did not spend enough time on my cuticles and I felt very uncomfortable. I picked two colors for my nails and he said that it was hard to do (which just means it took more time) I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I am not going to be going here ever again.

Just got the worst manicure of my life at this salon. The man that did my manicure did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped, rushed the entire process (my nails were jagged when he finished filing), and he got paint all around the edges of my nails. I asked if he could clean up the edges since there was paint on them and he literally took out a PAPER TOWEL SCRAP, soaked it with nail polish remover, and started rubbing it along the edges of my nails. All this did was smear his terrible paint job. Then I went to the drying station and my nail brushed the edge of something, so I showed him that I

Received a gift card as a present and used it this morning. Sadly, the service was terrible. My tech, older gentlemen with glasses, was rough with both my pedicure and manicure. He worked less than five minutes on my manicure (I asked for the color to be clear so this was start to finish) and it doesn’t even look like I received one. I politely asked him to not pull on my arms/fingers so hard during my manicure and received a roll of the eyes as a response. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Went to this location when we first moved here Oct 2018. Needed to have the acrylic taken off. I have had my nails done many times over the course of 10 plus years... they used the motorized tools to remove the acrylic. No putting foil with remover on my nails. When it got to my nail bed it burned so bad. I spoke up and asked if he would please use the foul method and he proceeded to continue with the motorized machine. My fingers hurt so bad when I left I was in tears at home. I had to take Tylenol to help with the pain. It is now March and my nails are still brittle and split. I will never recommend

Had a full set of acrylic nails done and it was horrible. They were all different lengths, lumpy and not the shape I asked for. My nails actually hurt after they were done. When I called and complained they said to come back and they would fix it. All they did was use a file to make them the same length. I will NEVER go there again! I have my nails done frequently and this was a complete disaster and zero concern about customer service.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was told I would be an hour and 15 minutes, for nails and toes. It was an hour and 40 minutes, and my fingers were totally rushed. My French manicure looks like I did it myself, and I still have paint left on my hands. I was also not switched to the manicure area and had to sit VERY uncomfortably and awkwardly in the pedicure chair while my fingers were done. Now my back hurts. I will NOT be back.
