Elite has been teaching people Martial Arts since it opened 2015, serving over 100 students each year. Elite is a Self Defense and Martial Arts Center for the whole family. Our training classes are suitable for all individuals regardless of Age, Size, Gender, or Physical Condition. These classes start by introducing the child to basic motor skills and continue through primary skills and development.
This series begins with a class for children who have no experience in martial arts and ends with one that focuses on proper form and increased endurance. The adult programs are designed in a way that can cater to the beginner to the most advanced competitor.

Excellent place. The instructors are fantastic. They do a fantastic job differentiating the class to teach all ability levels. They often break larger classes into groups. There's a good mix of kids and adults. The price is great. Experienced students have opportunities to teach new students. It is just a great environment. Also very family oriented.

By attending Elite my daughter has gained so much from being a student there, self confidence, a positive can do attitude, gotten over fears and has stepped out of her comfort zone, she still has some areas she needs to work on, but we all do, not one of us is perfect, we are all still growing in our own ways. It has become her happy place, where… she is comfortable, feels safe, a place for her to get her stresses and frustrations out, all while building her self esteem and confidence while learning self defense. LOVE ELITE!!!! Signed up my kids, 4 and 11 and now I'm a member, my wife is looking forward to starting their cardio kick class. They have something for everyone! Great staff and instructors, so glad such a nice facility chose to set up shop in our small town! Stop in and check them out, you wont be disappointed!

My children are not the most coordinated that I have seen so I will admit I was hesitant to put them in martial arts training, in fact it was my wife's idea. Through what turned out to be great luck I met a gentleman wearing an Elite Martial Arts shirt one day and asked a few questions. To make a long story short we ended up putting our 3 boys there. First the facility is great, there is a cage in the back for MMA trainees several kick bags speed bags, dummies, padding galore I cant even begin to say how well equipped the facility is. This made me nervous actually when we were talking price I was
