Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
As a leasing consultant for Greenbush Station, it is my job to answer your questions and help guide you through the leasing experience. Assisting with scheduling an appointment so that you can tour the property at your convenience. Due to the current circumstances we are now offering virtual tours and eliminating security deposits.

I would give 5 stars just for the service of the manager Jennifer. She is awesome, made me and my daughter feel welcomed and safe. She also is very respondent to complaints or inquiries. I honestly don't think I would have been in greenbush station as long as I have (for various reasons) if it wasn't for her understanding situations, and giving her all to make all sides benefit. I hope the higher up management heads know how important, a person who can communicate with people the way she does, is.

My husband and I recently moved here, we are very pleased. I would like to thank Jen the property manager, she is a great person to work with , she is empathetic, listens and makes sure her residents needs are met in a professional and prompt manner. The maintenance guys are courteous and professional as well. They are working diligently to improve the landscaping, trash issues and overall complex. In a world where you can be anything be kind and patient. Residents need to own their part before being quick to complain and judge. We are happy here !

Jennifer was always responsive, kind, and professional, while also being down to earth and understanding. And that's exactly what you want in a landlord/building owner. If I ever had a question or something was wrong in the apartment, she was always right on top of it. 10 stars for Jen.
The complex is in a good location nearby plenty of shops and just a few minutes down the road is even more. Friendly neighbors and friendly maintenance abound. I really enjoyed my year here and I'm admittedly sad to go.
Overall 10/10 would rent again!

The new property manager, Jennifer, is simply wonderful! The old manager was just awful, lost my rent check, ignored my concerns, and was never there. However, Jen came recently and seems to be turning everything around. She’s professional, efficient, and compassionate. All of my requests that were previously being ignored have been addressed and have been/are being dealt with. This place is on the ups! Highly recommend.

GREENBUSH STATION NOW NEEDS A BETTER RATING THANKS TO Property manager Jennifer!!!
Jennifer has turned Greenbush Station around! She is caring & empathetic but also knows how to handle business. My air conditioner died during the heat wave and she already had them in stock to replace them as needed. No wait in the heat for a new air conditioner whatsoever!
Not only that, just today she came to the rescue once again!
I called emergency maintenance at 7:00 pm to report my refrigerator not working. Jennifer called me back within 20 minutes and was on her way with maintenance to replace my fridge

The large pole lights near the E buildings and second entrance do not work. It is extremely dark during night, one cannot even see the garbage bin and laundry room by the second entrance during the night time.The management says there is only one maintenance worker who works at 3 complexes, there needs to be more workers, including one to clean the hallways.There is a lot of work that needs to be done but only one person to do it. He does not remain at the complex for the majority of the week and when he does come only fixes a few things.
