We just moved to Oak Hill on Saturday. This was a nerve wracking move for us as we made a deposit and signed a lease without ever stepping foot onto the property. Samantha was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Extremely helpful and answered all my nagging questions quickly and never allowed me to feel like a pest. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our unit was actually nicer in person than in photos (virtual tour). My husband and I must have looked at dozens of apartments over the last few months, but none of them held a candle to Oak Hill. The floor plans are unique and units

My husband and I have been here for almost 4 months and so far we 've had a great experience. We currently rent the "Western", townhouse layout which is the perfect size for the 2 of us. We've had a few minor plumbing issues, all of which have been taken care of by maintenance staff in a timely manner. Parking has not been an issue for us (we have 2 cars and 1 garage space). We also like the convenient location. The fixtures could use some updating to be more modern, but that is the only minor (cosmetic) complaint I have.

Was extremely helpful, professional with all our concerns from showing us a model unit, to moving in. Condition of the unit upon moving was clean, bright. Appliances look like they’re brand new (or cleaned exceptionally well).
Cons:
Carpet could use better padding, and there should be assigned parking. Also exterior could use painting of balconies and power washing.
Other those two minor things very satisfied.
