Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

We were so happy when we moved in Greenbush Terrace as time went by it got so bad. The people that live there were so penny the more you did for the community the more the residents complained. 12 family have moved out I know about three more to move out. It is so sad because it could be a beautiful place to live.😒 heard that 5 more unit were going to move out by the end of this year. I feel so bad it could be a wonderful place to live it was not for the people the live there. If they just mine their own business it would be a great place to live. Joe & the other maintenance person are great

I moved into Greenbush Terrace and all I have to say is.. The property is great.. Jennifer is an excellent property manager, The maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I think I have made a good choice moving into Greenbush Terrace.

I currently live at Greenbush Terrace and when Solomon owned this property, the property manager Dawn was excellent and professional, however, after Roco Real Estate took over, it has been chaos. If you need an appliance that has broken, you need to wait at least a month or two to get replacements. The elevator in our building has broken down so many times with a tenant in it, the information in the elevator shows no recent inspection, but Jennifer says she has the tags, but does not put them in the elevator. This is not just in my building. I had a situation with tenants that were underage, fraudulently
