The helper was very personable, explaining everything, taking his time. The eye doctor was very nice, explaining the freckle found, allayed my fears about my diabetes affecting my vision,said everything looked healthy. A pleasant experience.

My wife and I came in to make an appointment. We ran into this very unhelpful employee who refused to give her name or to get us to a supervisor. Her attitude was unbecoming and rude. She was very passive aggressive. We will not be back for any appointments. Im contacting LensCrafters to let them know how their name is being dragged through the mud.

The eye exam and Doctor were great. The short, dark haired lady at the front desk - not so great. She was very rude during both interactions with her. Doesn’t listen well and speaks over you when your trying to talk. Not a fan! I almost walked out completely.

The exam was fine but the office is way overbooked and the wait was unacceptable. There were not enough chairs either in the office or out in the LensCrafters lobby. Please allow more time between appointments so that you can get patients in at their scheduled time.
