Don't work here. Dave is abusive on a good day, and downright vile on a bad day. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom or have water near me while welding because he didn't "pay for bathroom trips". I was verbally harassed for the way I set work down on the table, and my skills were belittled despite them running through three other welders in the month I was there.
Clearly I'm not the only one who's experienced this.
Dave will expect off the clock work (a labor violation) and yells when he can't get his way.
I can't imagine he treats his customers any better. It's a shame too, because Scott
