Services
The Carmon family and staff have cared for their neighbors in North Central Connecticut, honoring the traditions and wishes of all faiths and cultures with respect, compassion and professionalism. Carmon Community Funeral Homes is a nationally renowned leader in funeral service and innovative programs and services that help individuals and families during the emotional experience of bereavement.
Christianity throughout the world is divided among varied sects including but not limited to Catholicism, Anglicanism, Mormonism, many denominations of Protestantism, and the Jehovah's Witness faith. Although all share in the teachings of Jesus Christ and a theology founded on salvation and eternal life, most have incorporated specific funeral rituals and ceremonies that reflect their unique differences.
A funeral represents a purposeful opportunity to reflect on the meaning of a life that has been lived and to determine the impact of that meaning for the family and friends. There is no single proper funeral service. It is a time for human sharing in its deepest sense. You and the ones you love are at the very center of the process, and the choices you make will determine its significance for you.
Our on-site, state of the art cremation facility is conveniently located within our Windsor Funeral Home location. Our Certified Crematory Operators maintain an impeccably clean and secure facility that is open to the public. We offer families the opportunity to not only inspect our facility prior to their family member's cremation but also witness the start of the cremation process.
We know that every family we serve is unique, and we strive to make each service a personal tribute to the life that has been lived. We provide a wide variety of choices that will help fulfill a family's wishes, from a traditional funeral to a personalized service that celebrates a loved one's hobbies and interests.
