If I would have known it would be this easy to refinance I would have done it sooner!! Freedmont made it simple, fast, and easy. They walked me through every step, everything was done online, I never had to leave the security of my home. I took my 1st and 2nd mortgages and combined them into one easy payment, paying less a month and cutting my term from 15 years to 10. This gave us a savings of more than $90,000. I recently used Freedmont Mortgage to purchase my condo. My initial contact with Craig Kessler was regarding the refinance of my current home. After a relatively effortless process, circumstances of my divorce required me to pull out a few days prior to closing. Craig was quite understanding and wished me well. I have used Freedmont Mortgage for the purchase of my last two homes, and they were exceptional. Kevin was amazing, as he always responded promptly even outside of work hours, and always knew the answers to my questions. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and just great to work with. They worked quickly to do a short settlement for my last home and did it with ease and absolutely no issues. I wouldn’t recommend using any other company!

You only have one chance to make a first impression and mine...three days to reply to an email inquiry (and frankly, a curt, and almost rude reply), followed by, well, no follow up to another inquiry from me after a week and can guess how valued a potential new client I feel.
If I ever do get a reply to my last note, you can bet I'll employ the Freedmont customer service model in the level of attention it gets.
