While this review is a long time coming, it doesn’t detract from the comprehensive level of service we received both when initially purchasing our home and then refinancing it two years later. Joe and the team at PRMI maintain close attention to detail with an emphasis on taking the time to explain details that might be considered mundane by more experienced purchasers. Joe makes his team available around the clock and sets realistic expectations for the submission of paperwork, signatures and closing. Frank and his team are awesome! Friendly, responsive, and professional. He always had time for my questions, even to just go over the numbers with me one more time! When we had an issue on our end that could have held things up, he helped to get the issue solved quickly, we ended up saving money and we were actually able to close early! This is our third time using Diedra for a loan. Once for our current home 6 years ago, as well as vacation home and a re-fi this year. For someone we have never seen and met personally, and would not immediately recognize if we saw her, she has earned our respect and admiration for how she does her job. She is very attentive to her clients needs, and knowledgeable enough to keep her clients calm and reassured. What she says always is on point and happens like she says.
