There are several options you can choose from to improve the look, function and feel of your smile. Traditional metal braces are the most common type of braces and are more comfortable today than ever before. Made of high-grade stainless steel, metal braces straighten your teeth using metal brackets and archwires.
Invisalign is the ultimate in terms of aesthetic treatment options. We use custom molded clear trays to move your teeth to the ideal position. Because they are removable, patient compliance is extremely important with aligners. Invisalign is a terrific option for working professionals or patients seeking a discrete solution to improve their smile, however it is not ideal for every case.
We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. There is no charge for this initial visit. Our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and informative as possible. At this visit you will have the chance to see the office and get to know the staff and doctors.
We have provided a list of common orthodontic concerns. We offer a completely complimentary consultation to address these concerns, and always strive to provide the best answers to any questions you may have. Eating with braces requires some early adjustments. You will be limited to foods that are soft and easily mashed.

Had a great experience with Sara at Precision Orthodontics in Auburn this morning. Quick, efficient, clean, and very nice! I am a former Dr. Jaul patient who was converted to Precision when he retired and I went in today to get my retainer fixed/replaced. Super sweet and accommodating staff. Both of my teens have recieved excellent care during their "brace-face" phase with Precision Orthopedics. Staff are friendly and helpful and squeezed us right in for an appointment after our dog ate my son's retainer! He was quickly seen, a mold was made of his straight teeth, and a new retainer was ready within 24 hours!

In high school I got braces and didn’t wear my retainer so I had to get braces again in my 20s. I decided to try somewhere new. My friend had recommend precision so I drove from eldorado hills to auburn to try them out. I couldn’t be happier that I did. The staff is amazing and so nice. They are very accommodating and the orthodontists are not only extremely knowledgeable but they have the most current technology and machines. Definitely Five Stars . We were seen quickly, staff was friendly, Our treatment coordinator explained everything very clearly and prices for my daughters phase 1 braces were super affordable!!! Dr. P was great, he made us comfortable and explained our treatment plan thoroughly as well. I would recommend without hesitation!!!!

The professionalism and friendliness that the staff member up front was outstanding. I did not get her name, but she was a blonde gal and was so understanding of the situation that was presented, and explained to me everything. She took the time out of her busy schedule in order to give me a break down of everything on the contract, and her personality made it sooooo easy to talk to her! Normally, with other places that I went to, they would give off a "judgmental" attitude, but with this gal, she literally was the most understanding person ever. So this is an update and even tho since my last visit, I have not had my next appointment yet. I have one in a couple of weeks. I found information on an invisalign support group and now know what questions I have to ask. I still think they should let patients know what to expect with tray changes like what bite ramps are and what power ridges are because I had NO idea. I have gone through so much crap when it comes to my teeth since I was 16 years old. I have received braces 3x now, and I had no idea why my gaps were opening back up (even with permanent and regular retainers) I have spent over $6,000 on my teeth for them to go back to the way they were prior!

I came to precision ortho because they were a sponsor to my daughters cheer team Antelope Cheer Elite so I thought why not give this local ortho a try. I inquired via chat and they took my details and called me right away. I was able to make my consultation appointment for the next day. They are prompt,thorough & painless. My son got braces this year and Precision Ortho has been really great. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son is only 10 years old and I was a little nervous for him, but they explained what they are doing each step as they went through the process. He broke his wire, we called and they seen him right away to fix it for him.

We have 2 teenagers that both needed braces and we love precision. They have been fantastic. They took the time to meet with us and go over x rays and explain everything the boys needed, what the process would be and what the outcome would be. They gave us the price for EVERYTHING right upfront and worked with our insurance to keep our costs down. Our monthly payments are super low and there so far, have been no suprise costs.
