I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in! Also the lady was so mean! Terrible customer service! She literally yelled at me. Right when I walked in here it was so nasty! Then I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. So I started cleaning the floor with the towels. Then I walked down to the front desk to ask for some clean towels. I brought the dirty towels to show them how dirty it was. Then the lady at the front desk told me "your room is clean". I slept like a log the whole night, while my fiance and mother in law barely slept a peep. Other than the door being obviously kicked in more than once and the stained reminance of blood on the picture frame it was cheap and affordable if you need a place to shut your eye but sleep with one eye open you never know

It was the worst place I've ever been. Just don't go there. I was about to cry when I saw the room. I had to leave as soon as I walked in, the door wouldn't close so I went down to ask for another room because I didn't feel safe and she told me that there weren't any other room left and asked me to put a chair to lock the door. So I asked for my money back and she told me that she can not refund me. It was snowing like crazy out there and I didn't want to drive to my home but I had to because I wouldn't be able to even sleep in that place.

I'm not sure if all rooms are like this but the room I was in had no mini fridge and the bathroom door was broken etc. The bed had wheels and was on a hardwood floor ,there was an echo in the room, and when I would call I would hear a different price for a room every time which was very confusing. Only thing I really liked was that it was cheap, had a.c., and was close to some of the stores and restaurants.

This is the nastiest place I have ever been. They didn’t clean anything. I’m sure there were bedbugs and cockroaches. We stayed about 30 minutes and couldn’t handle how nasty it was. Everywhere we looked was more filth. The sheets were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet and shower were disgusting. I wish I had the choice to leave no stars. I do not recommend it to anyone.

This place should be condemned! Stains on the walls and rug. Burn holes on the sheets and comforter. Holes in the walls covered by poster board. Stains in the sink and shower. I would NOT even give it one star but I couldn't put in a review without picking at least one star.
