I bought sweatpants online as a gift for someone else and they loved them so much I bought them another pair the following year. It seems that Satva pays attention to ethics and sustainability, and not in a performative or "greenwashing" kind of way. I had a good experience with this company.

Satva is the worst clothing company I ever dealt with. My family used to own a chain of 1200 stores. When a customer had a piece of clothing that did not wear properly we immediately offered them their money, a replacement whatever it took
(Within reason) to maintain their business.
Satva is NOT THAT COMPANY. I told my yoga students how nice they felt. Many went out and bought them. One of my own pair the 2nd time I wore them started splitting on the seam. Satva did nothing to accommodate me.
I asked for a replacement pair. I bought the top to match this pair however but I didn’t think they

I love Satva - Puja takes such an effort to provide organic comfort at a compelling price. Hearing the backstory of Satva Living and the way that the brand partners with the farmers to further the education of their daughters has really stuck with me and I return to their brand for updated loungewear!

These guys deserve zero stars. Probably the biggest joke for customer service that I've ever experienced. Not worth going into all the details, but this company ignores when they make mistakes and will without a doubt ignore your emails. There are a growing number of ethical companies with terrific customer service... please support them instead. Pact, Synergy, Mud Denim, Madewell, People Tree...

I received an email saying my item was shipped but never received the item. The tracking link said pre-shipping label instigated.Several phone calls and months later no product. I called my credit card company to reverse the charges. It is shame that they claim to be ethical.

I do NOT recommend Satva Living. Contrary to their marketing claims of being an "ethical" company--they scam many customers. (Look at the negative reviews for them here, on FB, & google.)

I attempted to buy my friend a gift from this company. Satva Living shipped me terrible quality products. The clothes were poorly sewn, to the point of being clearly defective. (Crooked sewing, holes, etc.)

I politely requested a refund for these defective products. Customer service replied in the beginning, *claiming* they'd refund my money after I returned the order. But after I shipped

My experience with Satva was a stressful nightmare! After 22 days and several emails and a phone call later, (on my part, Satva mostly doesn't respond. ) I was told my order had been shipped two different times, only to get an email saying, they no longer carry what I ordered. In my opinion, this is not a good company to deal with, even for a patient person.

I ordered some leggings and they came damaged, I contacted customer support several times and they have not responded at all. I really wanted to become a customer of this brand because I thought they stood up for sustainable fashion and care about more than just making money, but be careful to purchase from this guys, they don't care as they claim they do and the products are not well made.

I received clothing that was made from material other than what was described on the site. I sent numerous emails over a period of days with zero response. In short, I am dissatisfied with my order and unhappy with the apparent lack of customer care. I won't be ordering from Satva again.
