Amy is a life saver. With her help, I lost significant weight from pregnancy and have kept it off. Her method is all about making healthy eating a way of life but also allowing yourself to enjoy life - including wine, bread and chocolate. She teaches you how to work it all in and is incredibly motivating and encouraging. She is also very accessible and will promptly respond to any questions (including what should I order off the menu tonight?!).
