Orthodontics is a type of dentistry focused on the correction of improper bites and tooth irregularity. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, orthodontists make up the largest group of dental specialists. These dental professionals help patients of any age improve tooth and jaw problems and can also assist those who desire merely cosmetic improvements.
Dental emergencies occur when you least expect them. When a dental emergency occurs, the most important aspect of handling the emergency is to have your child brought to our office as soon as possible. Should your child complain of a toothache, have them rinse their mouth copiously with warm salt water to flush out any debris that may have accumulated.

This guy is the worst human being in the orthodontist field. He forgot to take my braces off and now my teeth are pushed the other direction prior to the braces. I can’t smile now I’ll never get a date again because of this elderly man who should’ve retired 20+ years ago. Florida has houses for sale, you should’ve retirement and move there and play golf.

I had to wait years after getting my braces off for Dr. Kardovich to give me a retainer for my bottom teeth; by that point, they had already shifted back and the retainer did little to help. 15 years later, my teeth are not only crooked again, but it appears that they are aligned incorrectly, which could cause me greater dental problems in the future. Would not recommend.

Dr. Kardovich has a great bedside manner. If all you seek is a warm, welcoming smile and a face that lights up a room, he's your man. When it comes to straightening teeth, however, I would advise going elsewhere. After my case was completed under him, I could see my teeth were not completely straight. I later learned my midline and bite were both off, attributing to, if not altogether causing, clenching and grinding of my teeth and, ultimately, damage to my enamel and dental work. Now that I work in the dental arena, I know who's who in the space, and I have sought out the best provider in the
