Computer Be Gone will not only pick up your e-waste, they'll do it for free (if you're close by) or cheaply (if you're further away). If you have a lot of old computers, TVs, etc sitting around, this can a huge time-saver and much less hassle than the typical route of driving to a big-box store and standing in line at the customer service desk. They're also much more personable than most big-box store employees, in my experience.
