I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful work all of you do for our children. You do amazing work with them, but the important thing is how you all truly care for them. Without all of you doing what you do, our children would be lost in the system. Again, thank you so much for saving my granddaughter and all the other children under your care.

Very strong disconnect between the boss and staff, more of a boot camp than any type of educational rehabilitation center, personally, I feel most staff are on a power trip, never alone has helped with my coping skills a lot, because without them your not going home within the year, I was there 8 months and learned more my first 3 days then I did my entire stay after those 3 days, poor quality program

This is the worst treatment facility I've ever been to. Behavioral modification is the main component of this program; the patients' individual needs are neglected because they are all forced to conform to the same behavioral guidelines. The rules are laughably outlandish and the discipline is unnecessarily harsh. The patients are emotionally manipulated and often threatened by the counselors, who tell them that they recommend continued treatment at a long-term rehab to the judge of any patient who leaves Never Alone without completing the program, regardless of their behavior within the facility
