Terry was amazing! My battery needed a jump, and he was at my home within an hour to help me. After he left I had to call him again, and he was more then willing to come back. He followed me all the way to the nearest Walmart to make sure I didn’t get stranded by myself, and even showed me where I needed to go once we got there. He was so so nice and I appreciated his eagerness to help and make sure I was still safe. Will absolutely be using them again!

I’m sure this company is a great company. I always attempt to use local service. I called the company on a Friday to pre-schedule an appointment to tow a car within local perimeters
for the following Monday and was told I would have to call the Monday of the tow. I needed the vehicle towed on Monday but they explained on phone they weren’t sure how busy they would be on Monday and would not schedule in advance. Went to Patriot Towing for they could insure job was completed. Advice to all is please keep your money and request for services local to this area. Some companies are unable to meet
