This company was dispatched by Onstar. The lady was rude and unprofessional. I called to get an eta and was told she called and left two voicemails. Tone was very rude and condescending. Because I was asking why I had to wait until the car wash closed( were my car stopped) she said she can just cancel my order. I said she please do. Called Onstar back and Towing express was there in 30mins. While the car wash was still open. And lied to Onstar saying I curse at her with was a lie. Never use this company.

On Friday, January 11th, my shift shaft broke on my car and required a tow from my residence to a car dealership near my house. I reached out to D & L Towing Services to perform the services of my vehicle being towed. D & L Towing Services picked up my vehicle on Saturday, January 12th from my house and dropped it off at the dealership. On Monday morning, January 14th the dealership's mechanic pulled the car out, which was parked directly against a large snow pile on the parking lot that was plowed from the several inches of snow that fell on Friday night. One of these trucks parked in my work parking lot for 10 minutes, blocking my customers from parking in the lot. He was not even there for one of our patrons. He was there for the business next door. The driver thought it was funny when he finally came out to leave with his truck. He laughed as he watched my customers trying to get into our lot and park to do business in my store. This was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. In my opinion, that sets the entire tone for this company.

DON'T USE THESE MORONS. Truck arrived within the time window given. Driver was polite and professional. Roadside assistance gave the them the Dobbs address it was to be towed to. The driver called en route to confirm the Dobbs location. Called Dobbs the next morning and they said the car wasn't there. I spoke with a women (twice) at D & L that was literally laughing because their systems were down and could not locate my vehicle. That's great you think it's funny you find my car. Awesome service at reasonable rate. They went out to pick up my car three times because it was in a crowded parking lot. Finally, they used special equipment to get my car out and didn't charge extra. Thank you so much D&L. You are now going to be my go to towing company and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I had the misfortune of needing a tow because the power steering went out on my car. I had no way to get home so called Allstate (I have roadside assistance through them), who called D&L. When the truck pulled into my office parking lot, I saw that it was parked on the other side of the lot from my car, so I walked from the warm lobby into the cold to tell the driver where I was parked. 2013 started out with a tow! A slow tow!
OK, it is New Year's day and the repair facility is closed. I can understand taking it to the tow yard until the next day when the designated repair shop is open. It is now 2 days later, and the car is still sitting at the tow shop.
Thinking that the car was towed the next day to the car repair shop, I called to inquire on the car status. They told me they did not have this vehicle. WHAT?? The owner told me this is common practice with some towing companies. They take a normal $150 tow and pump it up to $700-$800 by the time they add storage
