Excellent response time and service. My son’s car had broken down at night and Big Boy’s was able to help us out right away. I had called another towing company, but they were more expensive than Big Boy’s and ended up not being able to help us anyway. If/when I need towing in the future Big Boy’s is going to be my first call.

Perfect example of capitalism at its finest! My motorcycle was involved in an accident with a deer, this company showed up towed my vehicle to their lot rather than the HD dealership that I requested. They are holding up my motorcycle for towing fees plus daily storage. Now they will not even allow my insurance adjuster to come onto the property to look at the bike for appraisal purposes. This accident happened Dec. 1 and I just got out of the hospital last night with a sub dural hematoma as well as other injuries and I'm not allowed to drive for at least two weeks according to the neurosurgeon

I am astonished at the poor customer service provided. As a business owner myself, I would terminate my employees if they ever dared to speak to my clients the way I was spoken to through this company. Angry attitude, and completely careless. I even asked the representative what I did to trigger such a poor attitude. Not only is the staff disrespectful on the phone, our car was taken to the impound instead of the auto body shop that was scheduled (WITHOUT CONSENT OR NOTICE). The only reason we used this company was because it was our insurance arranged this. Never ever again and I cannot recommend

Everytime I was on the phone with someone they were very rude. I’m only 22, I have never had a car towed so I was asking a lot of questions. They told me they were taking my car to the collision center of my choice. Two days later to my surprise my car was not at the shop. It was at their impound. Which I had NO IDEA. So I called confused just wondering where my car was and they were very rude to me. I explained I was just confused I’ve never had to do this before if they could explain it to me. The customer service that I just received was horrendous! Someone named Debbie, if that was her name, answered my first call. I was trying to get information about the process of getting a car back that was towed off of private property. I was asking questions about the process and the answers given were in a very rude and condescending manner! All I needed was information to be able to get my nephew's car back. Towed my oversize vehicle a short distance to a dealer, who had already agreed to do work on my vehicle, but said I had to find my own tow service. This was an insurance breakdown call, so all work was coordinated - flawlessly and quickly - through my insurance company. Tow driver was careful with my oversize 1-ton cutaway truck, friendly, and communicated arrival time with me. The gentleman, Gabriel, arrived faster than estimated. After arrival, it only took about 10 minutes to have our truck out of the massive 3ft deep muddy hole in our driveway so we could continue with our day. The staff answering the phones are very kind. These people price gouge if you have a semi truck choose the people in St. Clair over these guys your pockets will thank you for it. I wasn't gonna do this but they called the police on me after busting up my lights hoping I would get out of service so they would get another 1,800 out of me for going a 1/4 mile! My insurance company contracted Big Boy as my emergency road service. Big Boy is very undependable and customer is week. Gives bad estimated times of arrival. I canceled the tow through my insurance company and they hired a different tow company. Big Boy called me back appalled that I would cancel the order. Very Rude

Allstate referred me to Big Boys. The driver was asleep in his truck when I approached. After having to wake him up, he then condescendingly told me that it was going to cost me a lot of money to tow. Even after applying the 50 dollar credit from Allstate. I asked if they could just bill the repair shop for the additional cost. The driver then condescendingly said "no way, I am billing you right now, buddy." I refused the tow and took my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. I will be complaining to Allstate as well. I hope the nap time the driver took cost this company money

Horrible experience with them my insurance used them for a tire change and quoted me 75 minutes. They took over 2 1/2 hours and didn't care at all. When calling in they just continued to tell me it would be 30 minutes to appease me.
When I called the driver his response was "well I don't choose what order they dispatch me" obviously they wanted Geicos money but didn't care to give them an accurate quote. If they had told me 2 1/2 hours up front I would have went somewhere else.

I cannot say enough about how helpful these folks are! My car broke down a mile from my house at night. I walked home and contacted roadside assist through my insurance the next morning. I have small children and dreaded the idea of walking back to my car with the keys to meet the tow truck driver. Big boys agreed to come by my house and pick up my keys so I did not have drag the kids out in the heat and wait. Incredibly helpful. My insurance co. gave them the wrong address, then said their driver couldn't even hook up until they straightened out the paperwork for the claim. This is the worst company ever. We were directed to them through Allstate Roadside Assistance after my son ran up off a curb. They were rude, unhelpful and slow. My son called after 30 mins to make sure they had the right location, which they didn't, they had been dispatched to our home, not that they were on the way. He then called a total of 3 more times over 1 1/2 hours and was cut off by the company. His brother picked him up and brought him home and I called.
