Tim was excellent to work with. He met with us in his office and went over a lot - never over-explaining or under-explaining. He answered all our questions and worked to find us the best deals. He gave great advice for locking in rates. Our lender required a lot of additional paperwork due to some things on our end - and Tim was friendly and supportive throughout the entire process.
