I am very thankful for the work that Mr. Hayden and MDR did on my mortgage.
I switched lenders at the last minute and was about to lose my deposit when he took the file. We didn’t even know if the seller would give us an extension (they had said they wouldn’t), but he jumped in anyway and saved my deposit, and the whole deal.

That was my second mortgage loan experience with Greg, and him and his team was again Amazing!! Greg and his team are genuinely great people who has helped me tremendously in my first refinance. They guided me every step of the way and made sure all the necessary documents were in place and submitted in a timely manner. Carla was a great processor as well. They are very responsive and truthful and will tell you exactly what you need to get your mortgage approved. There are no hidden agendas, no hidden fees and everything was transparent from the get go. I highly recommend Greg and his team if you want your mortgages done in a pleasantly efficient manner.
