I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I had the same experience as many others. The fabric is cheap and measurement are horrible and they will never give you the money back no matter how horrible their merchandise is. Please be aware they are a rip off company. I am reporting them to better business bureau. Google should take them off their search engine.

I would not even give 1 star. Stolen photos that they take from better clothing stores. Ordered my suits and when I received them they were TERRIBLE. Not what you see in photos. Cheap materials with bad stitching and not the same designs. Omg I’ve never been this disappointed. I paid $420 for 4 suits that could have been sawn but a 10 year old with thick sheets fabrics. Beware. They are SCAMMERS. They are constantly changing their addresses from Miami to New York however they are located in India. Don’t buy from this place as you’ll have a hard time getting your money back.

I generally do a lot of reviews when it comes to online shopping especially when I appreciate them. But this case, I feel like this review could help people choose smartly and also help the owner/s change their bad habit.
Anyways here’s what happened. I ordered a dress in xs size and it was nowhere near xs size so i kindly called them many times to ask for a replacement. Funny thing is they were trying to deny it because apparently a standard xs size no modification at all is apparently called “custom fit” (trying to scam me off”. After many emails and calls they finally agreed to replace

This is nothing but a fake business. They don’t take any responsibility for their fault. I ordered 3 dresses from andaaz, which came after the occasion one by one. Charges are so high but the product is cheap replicas. Sizes were off, worst stitched suits with no resemblance with the picture. They promised for expedited delivery that was a lie. In the end I realized that this is just a fake business. I don’t recommend anyone to buy clothes from Andaaz.

The NY address is fake. Their promise to refund carry no value. The company takes no responsibility for their mistakes. One or two good delivery do not help much when you loose double amounts, time and efforts. There are many other professional exporters from India to chose from. Please deal with cautions. Thanks.

I had to return a dress cause it didn't fit me well, and this company gave me the worst return experience of my life so far! They claim there's a 'drop-off return center' in Manhattan on the Google address given, I show up - and a neighbor informs me they've moved. I call the company and they promise to arrange for a pickup in lieu of providing the wrong address information!! One month goes by, I've made multiple attempts to reach on phone and email - no response. Finally, someone picks up and advises me to ship it to Miami instead and get a receipt so I can be reimbursed. I do as directed. One

I can't believe how this site got so many good reviews. I ordered a bridal lehnga for my wedding which is this year in couple of months. Its a custom made lehnga. This order was placed in October and now we're in January. Still the lehnga is not completed. I message them they will keep saying give us one more day every time. I'm literally tired of running after them. Moreover the service is ridiculous and nil!!! I wish i had the option to give them 0 star. They don't deserve it at all!! Would not recommend them for sure!!!

This was my first experience with and Andaz Fashion. Received three outfits from Andaaz Fashion. All of them look exactly like the pictures. The embroidery and the stitching is very high-quality. The material Looks very rich. I could not have asked for better customer service. They actually reached out to me to make sure the occasion for which I requested these clothing. The shipment arrived exactly on the day I was quoted. To top it all the prices are extremely reasonable or the quality of work. I think I found my new favorite online store.

I received my dress, and I am delighted with the quality of the alterations and fabric. Everything is perfect! The fit is amazing! The price was reasonable. I'm looking forward to ordering more from their company. Beautiful work! Order online, as their address isn't a store, it's an administrative office, but they do a great job with their online process.
