We would like to express our disappointment for renting this property – the elevator does not work, and the location informed in the website is wrong. Do not take an older relative, or they may have difficulties climbing up to the third floor.
Management is rude and disrespectful – after we filed a claim with VRBO, we were harassed and blamed a week later for leaving dirty dishes and sand behind (w/o any photos or proof).
But don’t just take my word for it, there are real reviews on google and Facebook (besides the obvious employee’s ratings) about dealing with unprofessional and overall

Booked property through American Dream 2 months in advanced through booking com. I had a card on file with booking com to reserve and was able to successfully reserve the property with no problem. When it came close to the date to pay in full American Dream sent me a message and I told them to use the card on file. I didn't realize that the card had expired as it was over a month since I had any contact with them. Booking com notified me about a week later that the card had expired and I needed to update it online. I updated within 2 hours and booking verified everything was fine. Seeing that it
